my fitness routine for lock down

 Warm up: Go up and down your stairs 10 times or run around your house twice 


Routine:

If you have an empty bottle, fill it half way and do 5 lunges on each foot. Now do five sit ups, 10 burpees and 11 pushups. Then take a three minute break and repeat the circuit three times.


Cool down: Touch your toes 10 times.
